  • Where can I find a copy of the convents & restrictions for my lot?
    The best way to obtain a copy of any deeded restrictions for your lot is to request it through the Cass County, MO Recorder of Deeds Office. If the Silver Lake Office can be of any assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.
  • What is a Homeowner's Association?
    Land developers are required to establish an organization to assume financial & legal responsibility for any communal tracts developed. Once established, responsibility for managing communal property free from hazard or nuisance is transferred to the Homes Association, which operates a governing body known as the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is made up of seven members at large, concerned with the protection of assets and preservation of property values.
  • What do my membership dues afford?
    Silver Lake Homes Association income ensures safe & healthy operation of commonly held land and facilities. This includes, but is not limited to; Silver Lake, openspace tracts, a clubhouse with outdoor swimming pool(s), tennis courts, playground and social events for members.
  • How much are annual membership dues?
    Member households area invoiced $275 per year, due March 1st. Please be timely with payment to avoid assessment of any late fees or fines.
